Interface Coordination

Once the project obtains the construction permit, the project manager will hold regular coordination and integration meetings with subcontractors to confirm coordination and control mechanisms. Based on the coordination and interface integration processes with subcontractors, solutions for construction interfaces and supporting plans will be developed prior to construction to reduce the risk of conflicts and delays in the project timeline.
