BIM Education and Training

Project Management:

Combining the project management function of the ERP system with the information integration capability of BIM can better track and manage the progress, cost and resource allocation of the project.

Information Sharing:

By integrating the ERP system with BIM, information exchange between different departments can be achieved, improving communication efficiency and collaboration capabilities.

Decision support:

Combining the reporting and analysis functions of the ERP system with the model data of BIM can provide more comprehensive data support to help management make decisions.

Site Condition Record:

Before the assumed engineering implementation of each project, Kunlun Engineering assigns professionally trained personnel to visit the site and record current conditions. Information such as adjacent buildings, street traffic flow, and site elevation is collected and used to develop a model. Through scenario simulation and analysis, a foolproof construction plan is formulated.

Assumed BIM Model:

Assumed engineering serves as the critical starting point of any project. Prior to construction, Kunlun Engineering meticulously formulates detailed plans. Leveraging the visualization capabilities of BIM models, the company designs construction routes, allocates material storage areas, plans earthwork excavation, and arranges the placement of various safety and environmental protection facilities.

Architectural BIM Model:

The key to an architectural model lies in integration, especially at the interfaces between different materials and engineering elements. Kunlun Engineering’s BIM team adopts LOD 400 as the modeling standard, aligning the modeling process with actual construction procedures. The goal is to ensure that the BIM model is not just theoretical, but a truly practical tool for construction management.
